What This App Does

Email Connect allows invited team members to authorize read-only access to their Gmail or Outlook inbox. This access is used to monitor response times, identify unanswered emails, and ensure operational accountability across business communications.

What We Collect

• Your email address and display name (from Google or Microsoft)
• OAuth2 refresh token (used to read your emails on your behalf)
• Email metadata: sender, recipients, subject, date, labels
• Email body content for analysis purposes

How We Use It

• To analyze email response times and identify items needing follow-up
• To surface patterns across business communications
• Data is only accessible to Arjun and authorized administrators
• We do not sell, share, or distribute your email data to any third parties

What We Do Not Do

• We never send emails on your behalf
• We never modify, delete, or move your emails
• We do not share your data with third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising

Data Storage

Email data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon (AWS us-east-1). Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Revoking Access

You can revoke access at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions (Gmail) or Microsoft Account (Outlook) and removing this application.
